Reservations
Your booking is secured with the written confirmation by e-mail. To confirm your reservation, will be required the payment of a 30% deposit, to be paid by bank transfer.
Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
In the case of a medical certificate,the deposit will be retained until the end of the current year.
For cancellations within 15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival/no show 100% of the total booking will be charged.
All cancellations should be made in writing.

Check-in and check-out and payment methods
For arrivals,apartments will be avaible from 2 pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate the apartments by 10 am.
The night before departure, we kindly ask you to settle the bill.
You can pay with debit card, credit card (except American Express) and cash (according to the legal limit).
Daily cleaning

Daily cleaning by 10 am.

We offer our ccustomers the possibility to change the towels if we find them onthe floor.

For customers staying one week, the change of bedding is not provided. If the customer wants tho change them, there will be a cost of 15 € per bed.

For customers staying more than one week, the change of the bedding will be midweek. If the customer wants tho change them, there will be a cost of 15 € per bed.

Final cleaning is included in the price. However, if we notice at the control that the apartment is very dirty, there will be a supplement of 80 €.

There will be no discount at the time of payment for apartments never cleaned.
Domestic animals
In our apartments, your puppies are welcome.
To better enjoy your stay, here some points to follow:
At the moment of your reservation, it is necessary to tell us if you would like to bring your friend/friends with you.
One puppy is included; Two ore more, the daily price is 7 € per puppies.
In apartment you will find a cover, bowls and welcome cookies.
We kindly ask you to keep your puppy or puppies always on a leash both inside and outside our structure so as not to create confusion with other guests.
Please hold your dog inside and outside of our hotel always on a leash.
We asked to leave your dog alone in the apartment for a lot of time. We please to not disturbed other guests.
Any damage, caused by your dog will be charged to the bill of your apartment.
It CANNOT be made use of the apartments laundry.If we should find any marks, the will be accredit the cost on your apartment.
At your check-in, we ask you to arrange the perfect moment for the cleaning of the apartment.
For security- reasons, we ask you not to leave your dog inside the apartment during the cleaning service, in the opposite case, the apartment will not be cleaned.
